Steve Saunders is a founding member of Texas HERO and is currently serving as Chairman of the Board of Directors.  Steve is the President of TexEnergy Solutions and Tempo Air Conditioning in Irving, TX.

Brannon King, Senior VP of Energy Efficiency and Weatherization at ONtility in Houston, is currently serving as President of Texas HERO for 2010 - 2011.

Maci McDaniel of Fox Energy Specialists from Houston is currently serving as the Vice President of Texas HERO. She is President-Elect for 2012-2013 and chairs the RESNET and Green Building/New Construction committees.

Toby Taylor of HERS Raters of Texas from Fort Worth is a founding member of Texas HERO.  Toby is serving his second term on the Board and is Texas HERO's Treasurer and chairs the Existing Homes Committee.

Ryan Hatch of Direct Energy from Houston is serving his first term on the Texas HERO Board of Directors and is Texas HERO's Secretary.  He currently manages Direct Energy's Home Energy Audit Division.

Dondi Atwell of ATS Engineers, Inspectors, & Surveyors from Austin is serving his first term on the Texas HERO Board of Directors.  He is the Inspection Department Manager for ATS.

Kathy Howard of Masco from Houston is serving her first term on the Texas HERO Board of Directors.  Kathy is the founder of Energy Sense and currently is Masco's Advisor for Environments for Living Program.

Cheryl Bowman of Centerpoint Energy from Houston is serving as the Director elected by Associate Members.  She is currently Program Manager of the ENERGY STAR New Home program and the school / city energy efficiency program offered by the utility.

Ben Pena of Alaniz Complete Service from Dallas is serving his first term on the Texas HERO Board of Directors as the Director elected by Energy Contractor Members.  He assists his company with industry-related issues at the Texas legislature and is also working on a Pastoral Degree from Criswell College.
